Shipping within Germany:
Letter shipping: Free shipping !
Parcel shipping:
Up to 10kg: 6,00€
Up to 31kg: 15,00€
Shipping within the EU:
Up to 10kg: 16,00€
Up to 31kg: 30,00€
Shipping outside the EU:
From 35,00€
Possible customs duties or local taxes must be paid by the recipient.
The shipping costs and VAT depend on your place of residence and are therefore initially displayed in the shopping cart as flat-rate estimates. During the purchase process, these values are updated and finally displayed in the totals overview.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our shipping times may vary. Once your order has been received, it usually takes 1-3 days for it to be processed by the shipping company.
From the moment the package is ready for dispatch and you receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail, you can expect your package as follows:

RETURNS
You have 14 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order if the goods are in their original packaging and unopened. You can find further information on this in our cancellation policy.
Please bear in mind that we cannot cover the costs of returning items sent free of charge by post. We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
We CANNOT refund money for returns of products that have already been opened or used and do not comply with the returns policy. Furthermore, we will not send the product back to you and will not cover any shipping costs incurred.
